Yes, we encourage all voters that wish to vote in person to complete their ballots at home ahead of time and then deposit their completed ballots themselves in the tabulator on Election Day.
Track your ballot online on the Vermont Voter Portal
You can register to vote in two ways:
- Online: on the Vermont Voter Portal
- By Paper: Fill out a voter registration form and return it to your town clerk.
Before Election Day
- Bring it in person to the town clerk's office during regular business hours
- Deposit in the 24-hour secure official drop box that is outside of the Municipal Building
- Mail to the Town of Morristown, PO Box 748, Morrisville, VT 05661
Prepaid return postage is NOT included. Please allow at least 7-10 days for mail delivery.
On Election Day
- Bring it in person to polling location from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Please notify the shaskins [at] morristownvt.gov (Town Clerks office) if you receive a ballot by accident.
Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
Polls will be open 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
The Town Informational meeting will be a hybrid meeting both in person & remote.

Yes, ballots will be mailed to all active voters on or by February 11, 2026. If you don’t receive it by February 20, contact the Town Clerk’s Office.
No, prepaid postage will NOT be included so you must include postage.
